Registration Fees

All fees are in Canadian dollars and are tax-exempt. 
Registration fees include access to all sessions, the Welcome Reception, refreshment breaks, gala dinner (if $20 reservation fee is paid), and all delegate materials.

Gala Dinner - Monday, September 18, 2017

There is a reservation fee of $20 CAN to secure your ticket to the gala dinner. Additional tickets may be purchased at $100 CAN each.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Substitution with a colleague is always possible. A fee of $50 is applicable.

Participants unable to attend the Global Summit will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat (IS Event Solutions) by August 15, 2017. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference. 

Visa and eTA

Visa Invitation Letters

Official letters of invitation for visa applications are available to REGISTERED and PAID participants upon request to the Conference Secretariat. These letters do not and cannot commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Should the visa not be granted to the applicant, the registration fee will be reimbursed in full, less $50 CAN administration charge. Participants requesting a visa invitation letter to be sent to them by priority mail will be charged $100 per delivery address.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa. Read about the changes and how they may affect you.

If you are a dual Canadian citizen used to travelling to or transiting through Canada by air with a non-Canadian passport, you can no longer do so. You now need a valid Canadian passport to board your flight.

We encourage participants from countries that require a visa to apply as early as possible. Visa processing times vary by country. Please consult this website.
